All Came to a head finally!!!

Well here we are again. Well what's new since last time i was here??? Well, for starters, my sister and her kid are finally gone and out of here. I can't really say I'm sorry cause I'm not. They brought alot of grief into this house since their arrival here. They left a path of destruction behind. They destroyed my marriage and the whole time they didn't care. They made me suffer under their tyranny all these months. Now they suffer and I stand by and gloat.

In the end, we all paid the price for our arrogance. Pam thought she was so clever. She actually thought that she could use John because of his endearing love for her. She thought he cared so much for her and she could get him to do whatever bidding for her she wanted. She couldn't have been more wrong. She made the mistake of underestimating him. He played her like a fine violin and she was too stupid to even realize it.

TinyHouses Craze

I have been doing alot of reading & researching about the new tiny house craze. I took an interest in it almost since I saw the first tiny house on wheels, which is pretty much a glorified small size RV so don't let it fool you. Then there are the ones that are not portable and are built to sit on a piece of property permanently. These houses are drawing in alot of people who are interested in downsizing their lifestyle or you preppies who do not want to purchase big ticket expensive traditional houses. At first I thought it was a passing fad but almost from the beginning the internet spawned websites, newsletters etc on tiny houses. Even I thought about having a tiny house of my own but the more research I did the more I found myself locked out of even that market. The price of buying or building one of these things is the same as the price you would pay for a mortgage or a downpaymment on an already built traditional home or to build your own tiny home so either way...... for me it's out of the question for me and still way out of reach. It is no bargain at all except for the privilaged few who are blessed with a good size income. So I simply see it as a new way for scammers to make a buck and they are really not helping people who really need a roof over their heads. They are simply in it for the money and nothing else.
